    RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (30 DAYS)

    We are confident you'll love Myco Pulse, but if for any reason you're not satisfied with your first subscription order, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all gifts intact and undamaged.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
    • You must provide a photo of the product prior to returning it to verify its condition.
    • A refund will be issued once the product has been received and its condition verified.

    REFUND FOR UNOPENED PRODUCT (ONE-TIME ORDERS AND SUBSEQUENT SUBSCRIPTIONS)

    If you wish to return an unopened product, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been opened or used, along with all gifts.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
    • You must provide a photo of the product prior to returning it to verify its condition.
    • A refund will be issued once the returned product is received and verified.

    How to request a refund:

    1. Contact our customer service at manager@mycopulselife.com to initiate the refund process.
    2. Send a photo of the product along with the return tracking number.
    3. Return the product in its original packaging via a traceable shipping service.
    4. Once the product has been received and verified, we will issue the refund.

    NON-REFUNDABLE PACKAGES

    We do not accept refunds in the following cases:

    • Undelivered or returned packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for reshipping the product. However, we may offer a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) if the product is in its original condition. If the product was purchased with free shipping, a fixed 7 USD shipping fee will be charged.

    • Damaged packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately. If the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement product. We will not send replacements without proof that the package was damaged.

    Subscription Renewal Notification

    Before any automatic subscription charge, we will send you a notification at least 3 days prior to the next charge. If you do not wish to continue with the renewal, you must cancel the subscription before the charge is made.

    If the package has already been shipped and you wish to request a refund, the product must be returned to the sender, and the shipping costs for the initial shipment will be deducted from the refund amount. If the shipping cost was free, a fixed fee of 7 USD will be charged, as outlined in the non-refundable package policy. To cancel the subscription, refer to the "Terms and Conditions" policy or contact customer service.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:

    The satisfaction guarantee is valid only for the first subscription order. We do not accept refunds for one-time orders or for orders subsequent to the first subscription order once the product has been opened or used.

    FREE GIFTS

    In the rare event that a free gift is missing from your order, we may include the missing gift in your next subscription order. Please note that we do not ship free gifts separately; they are intended to be included with subscription orders only.
